The commentator is speaking in dutch (and sometimes german in the background when the dutch one is silent) as far as i know this took place in Germany for the second year in a row. A skiplace called Hartzgebergte or something like that only things allowed where boots, hat, gloves and bottoms. I certainly vote to make it the next winter olympic bit.
