Ah, but actually it is definitely Kazantip; not only is the architecture distinctive, and the paint jobs ones we have seen in other photos, but note "Z15" in the first 2 pictures: that indicates it was the '07 event. As to the absence of Cyrillic letters, it's not totally unusual; "burn" (painted on the women) is an energy drink as seen in the next two pictures, and while the third might make it seem in English only, check the indication of volume in the next picture: not only "0,25" rather than "0.25," but л rather than l to indicate liters...
