(it only takes 15 seconds to make a cap! All you need to do is turn off "Use overlays" in Windows Media Player
- see Tools->Options, then the Performance Tab, then Advanced, and it's under Video Acceleration. Once you've done that , simply pause the video and hit Alt->PrntScrn. Now paste into your favorite image editor... including the crappy "Paint" that's included under Windows. Crop, save, and post.)
