I wanted to post a big thank you to the folks who have turned this into such an epic thread - most of all, osreb. I love the "wedding day preparation" pictures - brides getting ready in lingerie, getting into dresses. I think it's partly because it's on such a unique day that we "shouldn't" be seeing these women like this -- but also because on this day, many of these brides are for a few moments at their most vulnerable and completely in the hands of family & friends.
A good portion, if not the majority, of wedding dresses are designed so that the bride needs help to get into it -- and if the dress is designed not to be worn with a bra, she's completely at the mercy of the women (and occasional man) in the room at that key moment. That's what is so amazing to me - that there are a number of photos out there from this moment, covered and exposed, being shared with anyone who wants to see.
