I've seen a LOT of accidental nudity in a wide variety of scenarios, most notably the year when my dorm room overlooked seven floors of girls' dorm rooms. If I were to count up all the ways, I would do it in the "voyeur" section rather than ENF. I have seen a few ENF situations, but the most common place to see it, ironically, is the nude beach.
It's actually a clothing-optional beach that is not easy to get to, so most of the people there are nude. But there are often women there who are somewhat embarrassed to strip even when everyone else is nude. This makes it a lot more fun for me than if they were natural about it. Usually they are there with a husband or female friends, and sometimes these people will tease them about being the only one covered up, so they maybe peel off the top and spend most of their time on their stomach, or strip entirely but just kind of keep the goods under wraps. All the better when they do flash a nip or a brief crotch shot.
You know how at the textile beach, when a young woman takes her shirt and shorts off, it's a bit of a thrill even though you know she's got a bathing suit on underneath that she's going to cavort around all day? I get that same little thrill at the nude beach when they put their clothes ON.
