No British trains have notoriously stupid passengers who don't know how to lock the sliding electric doors, or simply forget to.

I've seen it happen once, I was on my way to the exit as my train pulled into the station. A kid of about 15 and what I presume to be his mum were walking ahead of me (him before her).

As we walk past the toilet door he deliberately presses the "open" button. The door shoots open to reveal a blond woman of about 20 years of age sat on the toilet with her jeans around her knees. There were maybe 5 or 6 of us waiting for the train to stop all looking at her (perhaps as surprised as she was at what we were seeing). She shouts "Oi!" looking more angry than embarrassed and leans forward to close the door.

The whole thing lasted maybe less than 2 seconds and was more funny than sexy. Incidentally the kid's mother didn't chastise for what he had do she thought it was funny. It probably wasn't the first/last time he had done it.
