Changing Rooms
I've had interesting views standing outside store changing rooms while waiting for wifey. Either strolling by or picking a perfect spot to see through the curtain. Nearby mirrors help me steal peeks without them noticing. Sometimes they step outside for a spouse or friend to check out the outfit. Don't stare, but keep glancing innocently their way. You'll see stuff.

College Dorm Hallways
When I was in college, I would stroll the hallways of the girls dorms as if I knew my destination. I would see girls in their t-shirts and sweats, sometimes in a towel heading for the showers, etc. They were always friendly, thinking I was a friend of a friend. I found several rooftop solariums where I took tons of voyeur bikini shots.
