the origin of that is from an anime called "Butt Attack Punisher Girl Gautaman OVA" there is a sequel called "Butt Attack Punisher Girl Gautaman R OVA" anime-classic is the sub group. Very funny and has some more sceens of semi nudity and embarresment. worth a watch
