My wife, like yours, is an exhibitionist. And I think the general exhibitionist traits are a good lead in for what you're looking to do. Female exhibitionists, unlike men, hope to cause sexual arousal in other men by showing off and teasing. The next step is taking that sexual arousal and doing something with it, although many women use exhibitionism as a way of "having sexual relations" with a man or men WITHOUT having the physical contact. If its physical contact they want, they usually don't bother with the showing off, but rather just hook up with the guy.
But since you are so behind the idea of her taking the next step, she can do it relatively guilt free. Good luck.
