Unhappy help just changed to a mac
Can anyone help me? I just bought a Mac and the last time I had one was about 10 years ago. I am having trouble saving photos or video clips especially from OCC. It just doesn't work. The best I can do is pull them to my desktop and the are listed as picture clipping2.pictClipping or Picture clipping 7.pictClipping.

The photos only appear as thumbnails on my desktop.

Can anyone help me with downloading and saving photos using a mac with iphoto '09 version 8.1.1 and quicktime X version 10.1.
