Yes actually it does matter, but I think your wrong about this. Most all of these photos look familiar, meaning that I have seen them floating around various teen sites and groups. If anyone is sure that a photo or video violates the forum rules, please click on the box with the exclamation point [ ! ] in the upper right hand side of any post. This is how you "Report a bad post". Then I will deal with it.
