Accidental EUF (skirt pulled off)
A link to youtube may have been posted for this one, but I don't think the actual clip ever made it to the forum. A girl loses her skirt in a rather comical traffic accident. Gorgeous girl. Good picture quality. They don't get much better than this. Credit to the original uploader.
