Apologies for being a little late to this thread, but my vote goes to number 5 and number 7, which are all original (at least to me - they are great ideas and would yield similar ones). The others I've seen already in other movies, or have seen variations of them in other movies. So the point is - do something that's not been done too many times already.
Any variation of #7 where the female actor is in a situation where she must use her clothes to tend to some other need that she has at that moment in time, leaving her topless and or nude, is great. She can be somewhat embarassed but can't be too concerned about hiding her nudity since she has to proceed to complete some other task or goal in the scene's plot. At the end of that task, then yes, she can do that usual embarassment "move" of one hand across her tits and another covering her patch down below.
Any variation of #5 where the female actor is in some sort of peril, but her hands are otherwise occupied and cannot prevent her from losing her garments or covering her up at all. The girl could be in a fight, hanging from the edge of a building or a roof, riding a bicycle to escape a bear that was chasing her and going to eat her, rolling a log in a lake under her feet, anything that occupies both hands, leaves the body exposed, and for which she cannot use her hands or she will meet with some harm or peril if she "lets go" or "stops the activity".
I particularly like a sort of scene where the female actor may be hanging from her hands or having her arms pinned back so they cannot be used to cover her or keep her garments on, and then the clothes somehow melt away under extreme heat or some sort of acid like solution that does not harm the skin, but erodes the garment. While she is still hanging over a pit, impaled on some device, or suspended over or near something imperilous to her, until a male lead would rescure her. Of course, this borders on the science fiction side of the fence.
And, consider scenese where the garmets are irreparably damaged, but not so much as they completely fall off. For example, after a fight or some other incident or problem that the female actor endures, her shirt cannot be buttoned up anymore (ripped open, no buttons left) and is torn enough at the bottom where she cannot tie it into a knot - it must be left like a jacket, no bra underneath, of course. Or one side of the shirt ripped out, no sleeve, and only enough to keep it on her like its a backpack (over one shoulder, opposite breast clearly bouncing and visible). And her activity keeps her busy and she needs to maintain a schedule or keep fleeing from danger that she cannot mind or otherwise pay attention to her state of exposure and disarray of garment.
Yes, I understand the embarrasment part isn't until the very end of such scenes, but it would be real fun getting there.
What's your budget for such a film?
