I just pull them out of my Temporary Internet Files cache once they're done loading. Make sure "HQ" is the selection in the little box under the video, wait for it to load completely, then go into the Temporary Internet Files folder and it should be the most recent MP4 file. None of the sites that used to save Dailymotion seem to work anymore, so this is the only method I know of.
