Pedro the Fishernan in the Naked Musicians thread.
I'm suprised I've never thought to post this before as it was the first ever LP I ever bought (I was 14) simply because it had a naked woman on the cover, the 1980 British/European edition of Lydia Lunch's "Queen of Siam" (the USA edition, and the most recent UK CD
have a differant non-nude cover):
