Can somebody please convert this to Divx or Xvid? It uses IV41 codec, which I don't have.

edit: I managed to convert it to MP4, but I had to upload it to YouTube to do it. I have no idea if this is the same quality/size as the AVI. If not, I'd still like to see a conventionally converted version of the video.
