ccBill is safe and reliable. i'm happy to use it. but just to clarify, i think the reason some people were hoping for paypay is because a "paypal" charge on your credit card statement is less conspicuous than a "ccBill' charge. a paypaly charge could be anthing, but a ccBill charge (though not explicit) is almost always porn. if someone in your family like a spouse or parent sees your credit card statement, this could raise questions.
