As a point of interest, are you sure that is required?
I'm in England, and here a release is NOT a legal requirement to use photographs that are self taken. The copyright remains with the photographer, regardless of whether or not a "release" was signed.
However, sometimes a publication will insist on one.
But yeah, unless there was a binding agreement that the photos would NOT be used, likewise the video, then (in England at least) you can use them.
