akivion: My mother tongue is so convoluted in its logic and etymology that your perfectly reasonable guess at the term for those fruit instead translates, in what I believe to be your language, to "pamplemousse." En anglais, it is simply "g r a p e" for what the people in the Tunick shoot were clutching (the ones that didn't have bottles, that is). Klondike: while Tunick did shoot in a French vineyard a while back, at least some of these I think were from another similar shoot at the start of this month. Thanks for the pictures: I'm always at first chagrined that you post ones from private flickr pages (so I can't sideways search for more images/info), but upon reflection damned glad to see ones I otherwise would have no way to find. A not-very-revealing video of the later shoot may be found at http://sf.carnalnation.com/content/3...rench-vineyard .These below are more from Folsom Street Fair; she's being painted to advertise the same product as was the Asian woman featured in my post #799 in this thread.
