The short lived "Hull High" featured a girl who was taking nude pics of herself in the boys locker room, but had to run out of there when the boys entered. She covered herself in a jacket though.
There was an episode of "Degrassi High" - I forget the context exactly, but she was protesting the sponsor of a beauty contest I think. So in protest, she rips off the dress she is wearing - and she's wearing no top underneath much to the amazement of the audience.
In "Popular", a couple in a school play got all psyched out because they had to do a nude scene. But it turns out they get to wear body stockings. But in rehearsal, they decide to go through with it, and strip completely naked much to the shock of their castmates.

In movies, there was JoBeth Williams stripping naked, not as a student, but as a teacher, and running through the hallways naked to prove a point in the movie "Teachers."

There are surreal scenes with nudity at school where its a dream - "Mumford", "Bring it On", "Waterland", the TV show "Sabrina", "Boston Common"

And of course, probably the best "nude in school" scene was the surreal scene in "Not Another Teen Movie" where Cerina Vincent walks all over the place completely naked (nudity shown) including the halls of her school.
