Don't you read this forum? I had a whole thread on getting UK members to get coverage of the various WNBRs this year, including details of dates and venues! The Manchester ride moved to a park this year, after 3 years on the side of that street, where it was getting too big to strip off easily and apply paint. The two girls were (are maybe) local students.
Oddly, it became the only ride in the UK to get intercepted by the Old Bill in 2009, who ordered a cover up
. Nobody had minded before and all the other rides this year in the UK almost doubled in size! That might mean it being abandoned for 2010, which will be a shame.
