I couldn't agree more. My neighbor across the street used to keep her blinds open all the time and you could see her walking around topless. She had very large breasts and it was such a rush when I'd see the bedroom light come on at night. I always knew what was about to go down and would wait til I got to see her.
Too bad this past summer she hasn't had them open once
One of my other neighbors probably told her or complained.
