It's Naked Day!
This is a great clip. A girl on the beach with her friends declares that it's "naked day" and then proceeds to strip off her bikini and run and jump around, finishing with a cute mock-ENF pose. I have no idea who the girl is or where this comes from, though it looks like it's from some kind of TV show.
