It was part of a collection, from an excellent site Called Euro Strip that sold tapes. The best I can find of the site (now long gone) is this rather broken archive page:

The clip was on Tape 3, but the link to that isn't working- Tape 5 and 6 should give a good idea of the sort of things that were on the tapes- and each contained at least double what was mentioned on the preview page.
Basically, I'd guess it was shown on Channel 5 about 10 years ago. I've looked around other sites, but no luck.
The clip itself was a boy V girl karaoke, for it was her birthday! she got topless at the end, but a classic embarassed pose. There would, I'm sure, have been more games from the club- I just don't remember it's name!
