I have never been to Russia or any former SSR's, much less to Koktebel; my reasoning for saying the last picture is from the Neptune festival there, however, is based on seeing many pictures identified as being of the event and the area around it. Here there are, in reverse of the way the procession usually goes, the steps at the demarcation of the beach's end; the beach and those steps, with the same building in the background; the beach, showing the hill the procession comes down, obscuring most of, again, that same building; a closer shot as the procession turns from the hill toward the beach, with a bit of that building visible behind the hill; finally, a group at the top of the same hill, before their descent (along a path to the left of the picture, where the building is also located). Given the location, as well as what they are carrying, I'm still pretty sure I was right before...
