My nomination is this, my fave ENF set ever and it has been reposted everywhere since it was first posted in, apparently, 2001. Just 10 days ago someone reposted the second photo on a French forum I visited, while about 18 months ago my band used a couple of these pics as the artwork for a mail-order only CD-R release.

Not only was this girl arrested but (thankfully) someone was there to catch the whole event on camera (but alas not video). In the third and forth pics she seems quite aware that someone is photographing her and is trying to shield her face from the camera perhaps aware that the pics would quickly end up on the web giving them the potential to be around forever.

I do wonder what happened to this young lady. Did the police charge her? If so was she taken to court and punished? If so what was her sentance? Was she expeled from school? Did the other students know what had happened to her and use it to further embarrass her? Did her parents, siblings, extended family know what had happen or even see the pictures? How did all this effect her job prospects? And, to put it bluntly, does she wonder if 8 years later guys are still enjoying her photographs?
