Here's a pretty great scene from the 1988-1991 British sitcom "Singles". Judy Loe (Kate Beckinsale's mom) sleepwalks and locks herself out of her room completely naked, just as three businessmen get off an elevator.

I'm uploading two versions, one is better quality (or at least larger) but has no sound, the other does have sound and is surrounded by several other scenes of her in her underwear.
