As for the "Watching Ellie" scene, Looker 33 made a video of it, but I don't currently have a copy. You might want to put in a request for it at Lotfw's forum:

As far as I remember though, you don't actually see anything in the scene, because all of the action takes place below the window of the truck. There are actually some better scenes (IMO) from that show where she's running around in a bra and topless from behind. Looker made videos of those scenes also.
