I wouldn't waste any time looking for the CD's, unless you have an old computer. The CD's run on Windows 95, 98 and possibly ME, but do not run on Windows XP. I doubt they run on Vista or the new Windows 7, but I haven't attempted either. They don't run on Mac OSX either.
I have the Americans and Yellows 2 (Japanese) on CD, and was one of several individuals who created the 7-image composites on the old Yahoo Posture Picture group. These have been posted all over the Internet for the past 10-12 years or so.
