I only recall seeing one guy walking along with a semi-stiffy, and others around him just ignored it. Nobody really cared one way or the other. I think if you don't make a big deal of it, then nobody else would.
I've heard that people do get escorted out by security for any blatant sexual activity, though I didn't personally see that happen. Towards the end of the day, two contestants by the fence decided to put on a "simulated" lesbian sex act like the couple of pros they were. A security guy nearby appeared concerned about making sure there wasn't any actual contact happening, and we in the audience told him we were keeping a close eye on the situation for him.
