Forumophilia is an other free board, so far as i know, with some voyeur/exhibitionist submissions/content.
Traviesox is an other Spanish guy making some very good vids and first submitted at the Candidboard. I also saw that his vids were submitted on Blueshines, but those 2 boards are not free. In the past i uploaded on Rapidshare some Traviesox vids and i think also submitted on this board.
