If you use
JDownloader all downloads gets handled automatically, both free and pay users. I have a RS account so I haven't used it much, but when I tried the free download I didn't have any wait time and well even if there was wait time it doesn't matter much, the program does the waiting.
The program works with many download sites beside RS.
