Now we have several more shots of the preliminaries, and finally the beginning of the actual contest.
I hate to report it... but things kind of take a turn for the worse for me about at this point. My bad back is seriously throbbing right now. I strongly consider getting up to leave the t-shirt area and walk around some more, but can't stand the notion that I sat on that godawful bench so long for nothing. I'm going to get my pictures, dammit!
The contest finally gets rolling, and as if on cue, some heavy clouds roll over the sun. It was already shady in this place, now it's getting downright gloomy. Looks like it might rain. Not good light for photographing naked wet girls! And on top of that, my already slow camera displays the low battery icon and starts running even slower. I'm waiting for something like 20 seconds between shots now, and many great opportunities pass me by.
But the girls look great, so it's still a good day.
