Cooter Plow: A medical device used to open body cavities. More properly known as a speculum. Most women dislike the cooter plow, but some get especially excited about them.
I was so excited when the doctor put the cooter plow in me that I squirted all over his face.

Patient: [sucking on cooter plow]
OB/GYN: Dear God, WHAT are you doing?!?
Patient: I jus' hate it when you push that cold cooter plow into me, so I thought I would warm it up!
