Here is a clip from Savage Streets....but its neither the bathroom scene (a young Linnea Quigley in a rather disturbing scene, by the way) nor the public street scene (an unidentified actress in the beginning of the movie who gets her top pulled down by the gang of thugs in the movie). It's still in topic for ENF. Name of the actress is Rebecca Perle, in a scene with Linda Blair.
