Idea 1- yeah, why not!
Idea 2- possibly, although, as you suspect, that might be a little too close to photographer interaction, some models might not like the idea (others might be cool with it.)
Idea 3- At the moment, I'm not looking to do any "real" exhibitionsim, which that idea would probably come under- a simulated "posing nude by the window" might work, just depends on the window!
