Sorry you are having problems.
Dreamgirls is such a good site with great videos. This is the first time I've heard of anyone having problems.
Perhaps their support department has been slow beacause of the 4th of July Holiday in America. I hope they get this resolved for you quickly. Unfortunately there isn't much I can do to help you myself.
