Thanks for that very good report. This is what is kind of perplexing: "the mooning was still permitted" I mean, so its not the flashing that is bringing out all of this control. Moon away, folks! Flash me one while your at it, heh, heh!

No, its probably everything else - the alchohol, "rowdyness", garbage, noise, etc, etc. plus maybe fear of more rampant nudity along with it.

Of course I don't really know what is going on, but it almost seems as though Southern California is OK with public flashing, but not so keen on more sustained public nudity. Flashing seems where they are drawing the line. Pull 'em up or down, get it over with, but don't walk around naked.....
