Participating is easy. There is no fee. And from the sounds of things in recent years, you could just sort of show up and join the hoards at any point in the ride and few are going to notice or care if you "registered".
Over at Flickr, its happened on more than one occasion that I get a comment on one of my pics from a young woman who says something like "That looks like fun! I'd like to try that!"
It would be an interesting way for a photog to add nudes to his "portfolio". I think of it as similar to asking and paying a woman to accompany you to the local nude beach for a photosession. For me, it would be important to try and assemble a good sized group that stays more or less together and has a themed paint job. 3-5 women would be ideal, but of course, more would be even better.
Funding required? Figure maybe $200-600 per woman. Split among 200,000 OCC members, that ain't too bad....
