Olympic swimmer's wardrobe malfunction

The pool at the Mediterranian Games was the scene of an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction today when Italian Olympic swimmer Flavia Zoccari's costume burst open.
Zoccari, 22, was reportedly wearing a $650 top-of-the-line Jaked J01 swimsuit when it split at the back before her championship race in Italy.
A red-faced Zoccari burst into tears and fled after officials forced her to stand down from her race.
She later apologised for her inadvertent exposure.
