Am I going mad, but are the blondes the same girl in different paint....OR IDENTICAL TWINS?????

One has a luxuriant bush, the other I am not sure? They both appear to have the same hairstyle with a yellow tie keeping in held back.

Can anybody shed any light on this possible mystery with some other shots????

sure. They can't be the same girl because they were photographed at about the same time and place. They do look alike, but the blue girl doesn't have a bush, it doesn't look like. She is also slimmer. Possibly sisters...?
