I think this clip was based on a japanese comic book. I remember seeing panels from a comic that looked almost exactly like this, posted on the internet a few years back (possibly at Hungry Mutt's old ENF group). Basically; a terrorist called into a news program and threatened to detonate a bomb, unless the female newreader did exactly as she was told. He orders her to spread her legs, masturbate, and finally undress, all while reading the news, live on TV. It may be reversed, though. Like the chicken and the egg, the comic book could be based on the video. The middle part appears to be cut. If this is indeed based on that comic, it should contain the undressing/masturbation scene. Maybe someone has the full version?
