I gotta be honest... I don't see what the big deal about this scene is. Her breast is seen for 3 seconds, possibly less, and is mostly obscured by the baby. Compared to her extensive nudity in "Boogie Nights" and "Killing Me Softly", this scene is a trifle.

I liked the movie, though.
