This movie is called (in English) "Zenra Wakaido Drums" from the Japanese company Soft-on-Demand, code is SDSB-007. Google the title, with the quotes, and you should get lots of links. Unfortunately this movie has been out for a while so some of those links might be dead. If you think it might help, add the words "Premium Edition" to the end.
If you computer can display Japanese characters, then the Japanese title is "全裸和太鼓 裏全裸和太鼓 プレミアムコレクターズBOX", which you can copy and paste into Google. If all you see are squares followed by the word 'box' then your computer can't display Japanese characters.
