Its not unusual to have girls doing Seattle WNBR and Fremont back to back (one week apart). But this is a little more impressive. I think it is interesting to make note of these women wherever possible. Earth Friend Jenn has been seen in a variety of public venues - biking, posing, parading - not just doing her NIP thing. Also, Shannon Kringen will spare no effort to get naked at any Seattle event.
If a) the woman travels extensively to do this and b) always appears alone without a hubby or mate, then you can make the case for exhibitionism pure and simple. There are women at Flickr who want to get noticed and who come around and make comments on my Fremont pics like "Boy, I'd sure love to try that", etc, etc. These women are to be encouraged. They are our friends..
