I wasn't watching but it happened last night on Dances with the Stars.They edited it out for the west coast. On the news item, it showed the host standing in front of her while she popped em back in. Whatever dance she was doing, she was moving and they were bobbing around quite fast and it was only a matter of time.
Hope somebody saw and recorded it.
