We've all seen them, the same ladies who act all indignant if they catch you looking up their skirts at work or at the mall who think nothing of plopping down on the grass at lunch time. Any city with a park in an office district is loaded with women in warm weather. They hike up the skirts to sun themselves and sit splay legged with their undies in plain view, and if you don't like it, look somewhere else. Of course, the moment they return to the normal routine, they get modest again.

I downloaded a zip file called NoCare Ups from a link at another site. Somebody compiled a bunch of pics of ladies that do not appear to care what they are showing. Some may be reposts, but I personally have not seen them here. I know that some of these pictures come from Jayspicz.com, a great sitting uppie site, as I was a member there a couple of years ago.
