The program is called Windows. There's a neat little feature called search that lets you search for pictures and/or videos. Browse the results and if you see something interesting open the containing folder. Also check the recycle bin. However, nowadays people are wising up and putting their naughty stuff on thumbdrives or CD's before anybody gets a chance to look at them. Patience pays off in the end.
