Let's not wonder why they do it, just be thankful that they do. I have been trying for years to get my wife to wear skirts without panties but have thus far been unsuccessful. I am guilty of drop-out flashing all summer and would like her to flash her goods for others to see as well. Maybe I will convince her one day.
