I finally got the final 5th file from TOS (it was Ellen!) - but it has a site URL in it (so I can't post it directly). The video is the initial 'set-up', and the two girls at the far end of the table aren't naked yet. I think this means that the two files that are completely missing (TOS doesn't have them) of the original seven show the 'middle' game.
